Vinification technique | Following the grape crushing, the must is put into the tank for maceration. During maceration at controlled temperature the must is pumped from the bottom up to the top in order to wet the cap of skins. The next step is separatine the wine from its sediments. |
Other curiosities
Ruby red in color tending towards violet. Intense, clearly herbaceous aroma that prevails over the fruity hints. Its flavour is full and decisive.
